AI-Powered Computational Systems Medicine: Principles and Practice

Systems medicine is an interdisciplinary field of study that looks at the systems of the human body as part of an integrated whole, incorporating biochemical, physiological, and environment interactions with AI approaches. Computational systems medicine draws on systems science, omics, imaging, systems biology, and considers complex interactions within the human body in light of a patient's genomics, behavior and environment, and design the precision medicine at systems level. Students are expected to learn the latest progress in the area of computational systems medicine, and also engage in hands-on projects exploring methods of computational systems medicine. Upon successfully completing this course, students will: ? Define systems medicine and personalized and precision medicine ? Compare and contrast the different components and methods of systems medicine ? Apply methods of systems medicine to diverse types of applications, data and information ? Evaluate the results of systems medicine analyses
