"The aim of the course is to provide a solid overview of fundamental concepts and applications of nanoscale imaging and physics with particular focus towards exploring structure, function and dynamics of material samples at the nano- and single molecule level. The course includes basic imaging and spectroscopy method. It also presents several methods for manipulation of single device and/or molecules based on single molecule methods."
